Interesting and a bit confusing as to how a hotel on Mac Thi Buoi in district 1 can also be close to Tan son Nhat airport, Tan Binh district and the train station in district 3.

Also the statement – “It is one of the most deluxe quarter in Sai Gon at present and in the future.” might be misleading. As it looks like a drab one or two star hotel to me as I pass by. But the area it’s in might be considered a deluxe location in Saigon, maybe that is what is meant.
